Failed to load Nursing Home API data: Server Functions cannot be called during initial render. This would create a fetch waterfall. Try to use a Server Component to pass data to Client Components instead.
Setup Required
Please ensure the facility_snf table has been created in your database.
Run the SQL script to create the required tables and sample data.
